1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ta7771 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market on ta7771, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ta7771 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Providing false or misleading information during registration, or attempting to circumvent the one-account rule, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PHP Balance

All funds on ta7771 are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on the platform — your deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

Deposits may be made through approved Philippine payment methods, which may include InstaPay, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to availability at the time of your deposit. ta7771 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

• Deposits are generally credited to your PHP balance immediately or within the standard processing time of the payment channel used.
• Withdrawals require your account to have passed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• ta7771 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where unusual activity is detected on your account.
• Any PHP balance remaining in an account that has been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy as detailed in your account terms.

ta7771 does not hold deposits in a segregated client fund. Your balance is a record of your credit with the platform and does not constitute a bank deposit or investment.

4 Betting, Gaming & Settlement Rules

All bets placed on ta7771 are subject to the specific rules of the product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, or other gaming sections. General betting rules include:

• Accepted bets are confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation on screen or in your bet history. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement timeframe, or if a material error in the odds or game configuration is discovered. Voided bets have the stake returned to your PHP balance.
• Palpable errors: ta7771 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to human or system error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live / in-play bets are subject to market suspension rules. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided at ta7771's discretion.
• Casino and slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. ta7771 does not intervene in game outcomes.

ta7771's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final once processed, subject to any dispute process outlined in Section 10.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ta7771 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated alongside the offer.
• Promotional credits and bonus funds are separate from your real-money PHP balance and are governed by the terms of the specific promotion.
• ta7771 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is a legitimate operational reason to do so.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any method intended to exploit bonus mechanics — may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and suspension of the account.

ta7771 does not publish guaranteed bonus percentages, minimum or maximum amounts, or specific wagering requirements in these general Terms. All such details are provided within the terms of each individual promotion when it is made available.

6 Account Security & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta7771 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered device. ta7771 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular player use.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit any technical vulnerability or error in the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Philippine law.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta7771 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses from interrupted service, lost bets due to technical failure, or delays in settlement caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ta7771's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the bet or deposit directly involved in that incident.

9 Changes to These Terms

ta7771 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the ta7771 website.

Your continued use of the ta7771 platform after changes to these Terms have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
